Bergerie du Périssel
Come and discover the lacaune ewe, its milk and their cheeses. A creamy milk to produce a variety of cheeses: crottins, périsselois, tommes and not forgetting the yougurts. Fresh products from April until November.
Our cheeses :
- The crottin (soft cheese) ripens for 2 to 6 weeks.
- The Perissellois (soft paste) matures for 2 to 8 weeks.
- Gaperon: garlic and pepper. Fines for about 3 to 4 weeks.
- Gaperon : bear's garlic and savory.
- 2 tommes: (pressed dough)
