Availability of hydroalcoholic gel, direction of circulation, regular cleaning, wearing of the mask obligatory.
Discover over 150 varieties of jams made using traditional methods, flavour and diversity guaranteed... Visit the jam museum, modern and playful which explains the making of our jams and fruit jellies.
In our workshop, our preparations are cooked in the traditional way with whole fruits in generous quantities and cane sugar.
The cooking is done the old-fashioned way in a copper cauldron, in order to preserve all the flavours of the fruit and its nutritional qualities.
An exceptional choice ranging from the most regional (Raspberries, Blueberries, ...), through the most classic (Strawberries, Apricots, ...) to the most unexpected (Chocolate chestnuts with orange zest, Poppies, Hazelnuts, Chestnut speculos, ...).
Creativity is in the spotlight with unexpected fruit combinations and blends: exotic and traditional, sweet and bitter, red and yellow. The Domaine of Baudry innovates every year by creating new jam recipes. Be curious!
