Gardens of the Castle Dauphin

The Château overlooks a rare sunken kitchen garden (classified M.H. and labelled "remarkable garden"), already existing in the 16th century, and a landscaped garden at the foot of lava flows.

The price of the ticket corresponds to a free visit to the vegetable garden described by Montaigne, the landscaped gardens, the Chevalier's tower which will give you an overview of the estate. You also have the opportunity to walk along the battlements that delimit the park and the woods and to visit the outbuildings with saddlery, stables and horse-drawn carriages.
