Semi detached house with a barn, the gîte is on the ground floor. Dining room with kitchen area. Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) Walk inn shower. Fenced garden.

In the Combrailles and on the edge of the Bourbonnais. Gorges de la Sioule (canoeing, kayaking), Néris-les-Bains spa resort, gites located near Montluçon, Moulins and Vichy where there are many cultural (Museum of Stage Costume in Moulins), musical, sports, folklore (July in Gannat) activities. Nice possibilities for walking or cycling. Electric heating according to consumption.
My favourite region.
In the heart of the Combrailles country, my gîte is ideally situated to combine visits and relaxation. You can go as far as Saint Gervais d'Auvergne to do your shopping and swim or fish in the Philippe pond. For the more sporty, you can discover the Sioule, a river which has its source in the mountains of Mont Dore, on board canoes and kayaks or by fishing. Pionsat and its 14th century castle are also nearby. 20 min away, Menat and its 12th century abbey church: one of the most famous in Auvergne at that time. The present church has only survived very mutilated. You can admire the style of the architecture and the capitals.

My 3 gîtes are built in the department of Puy-de-Dôme but they are situated a few kilometres from the department of Allier. You can therefore take advantage of the richness of these two departments by discovering the Combrailles but also Vichy, Montluçon, Moulins...

Access: A71 motorway (19 km) - Lapeyrouse (6 km), Montluçon (33 km) train station - Aulnat (68 km) and Vichy-Charmeil (52 km) airports.

Table linen, towels and bed linen can be hired on request.
